Mr. H.L.Shangreiso, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Mr. W.Khongsni, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the issue in question also deals with the Indo-Bangladesh Border Fencing (IBTF), which 2025:MLHC:698 3 has been dealt with by this Court, and judgment rendered in WP(C). No. 496 of 2021. He submits that as the said judgment will cover the issues involved in the present case, the instant writ petition may be closed by incorporating the same directions issued in WP(C). No. 496 of 2021. 2. Mr. R.Debnath, learned CGC appearing for the respondents No. 1 & 2, also concurs to the submissions made by the learned Sr. counsel for the petitioner and submits that the only difference is the date of the Section 11 and Section 19 notifications. He prays that as per the earlier judgment rendered in WP(C). No. 496 of 2021, this instant case may also be disposed of. 3. Accordingly, on the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, as the instant case is covered by the judgment dated 04-08-2025, passed in WP(C).
