Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge - V, Barh, Patna vide order dated 15.03.2022 passed in A.B.P. No. 269 of 2022. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Salimpur P.S.
