1. Heard Ms. L. Banik, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Ms. S.H. Bora, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners were granted interim bail by this Court, by order dated 21.03.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the investigation.
3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms. S.H. Bora, has produced the Case Diary of Rangia P.S. Case No. 40/2025 and has submitted that the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and their statements under Section 181 of the BNSS, 2023 have also been recorded.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioners have complied with the directions of this Court and have co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to them, by order dated 21.03.2025 by this Court is hereby made absolute with a condition that they shall continue to co- operate in the investigation.
5. With the above observations, this anticipatory bail application is accordingly disposed of.
