The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 28.11.2018 passed in B.P. No. 1030 of 2018, arising out of Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 352 of 2013 by the learned Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is not in progress. After some argument, learned counsel submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
