(Oral) While placing on record copy of office order dated nil, issued under the signatures of Deputy Divisional Manager, HRTC, Chamba, Mr. Raman Jamalta, Advocate, who has put in appearance on behalf of respondents, states that mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, stands duly complied with. 2. Careful perusal of aforesaid office order, which is taken on record, clearly reveals that petitioner herein has been regularized w.e.f. 06.10.2005 instead of 28.12.2012 i.e. from the date of completion of one year of contractual service on the analogy of case titled as Vikram Singh Vs. HRTC, CWPOA No.2343 of 2020, decided on 09.11.2023. 3. Pursuant to aforesaid compliance, pay of the petitioner has been further refixed and as such, nothing remains to be 2 adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same is disposed of with the direction to respondents to ensure that consequential benefits flowing from the aforesaid compliance, if not already released, are released positively within a period of six months. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to get the present petition revived, in case needful is not done within the stipulated period, so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards implementation and execution of judgment, sought to be executed.
