It is argued by leamed counsel for the petitioner that aforesaid registration is for a period of one year. 3. It is admitted by leamed counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid period has already been lapsed. 4. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that as on date no relief could be granted to the petitioner as prayed for. 5. At this stage, a prayer has been made to dismiss the present petition as not pressed. 6. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed 7. It is made cleat that no liberty was granted to the petitioner to file fresh petition for the same cause of action.
