Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 3. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that despite being eligible, his name does not find place in the beneficiary list of PMAY-G scheme. It is his further case that several persons, who were not eligible, have been included in the said list. In particular, it is stated that persons already having houses have been included. The petitioner, therefore, prays for re-verification of the list of beneficiaries in respect of Utukuda Gram Panchayat under Chandbali Block of Bhadrak district. Highlighting his grievance, he has submitted a representation addressed to the BDO, Chandbali Block on 16.10.2024. 4. Such being the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the BDO, Chandbali to consider the representation of the petitioner and to dispose of the same in accordance with law after making Order No. 3. p. 2 such inquiry into the allegations made by the petitioner, as he may deem fit.
