Baruah, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that though the Case Diary was called for, however, in the Page No.# 2/2 meanwhile charge sheet has been laid bearing charge sheet No. 163/2025 dated 30.03.2025. 2. It appears from the record that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court, by order dated 20.03.2025. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co- operated in the investigation. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner, by order dated 20.03.2025 by this Court is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. (ii), (iii) and (iv) attached to the said order remaining intact. 5. With the above observations, this anticipatory bail application is accordingly disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
