Mr.V.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondents. 3. Considering the limited request made by the petitioners, notice to the respondents 3 to 8 is dispensed with. 4. Learned counsel for the revision petitioners submits that though the trial has already commenced and the pleadings were also completed, till date the said LAOP has not been disposed of and the same is kept pending for the past six years. 5.
