Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 342, 307, 427, 504, 506, 435, 295(A), 120B of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per F.I.R., 19 named, including these petitioners and 40-50 unknown persons set the motorcycle of the informant on fire and pushed informant on the burning motorcycle. Patna High Court CR. MISC. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Allegation against these petitioners is general and omnibus. F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of thirty-five days which itself raises doubt over veracity of the prosecution case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application. 6. Considering general and omnibus allegation, delay in lodging the F.I.R. and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.
10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Katihar Mufassil P. S. Case No. 232 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. Navya/- (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) U T
