He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made to that effect, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
