GP FOR SERVICES I 2 The Court made the following order: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief/s:- “…to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in terminating/suspending the petitioner from his service as Field Assistant of Pendluru Village, Vemula Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, temporarily and issued show cause notice vide proceedings Rc.No.1698/HRA/Vemula/2024 dated 20.01.2025 straight away without issuing any prior notice and without following any procedure under any law as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme Act, 2005 and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and Consequently set-aside the same by directing the respondents herein to continue the petitioner as Field Assistant in Pendluru Village, Vemula Mandal, YSR Kadapa District and pass such other order or orders.…” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 produced the order dated 05.03.2025, passed by the 4th respondent, by which the petitioner has been removed from the service. 3. As the proceedings in challenge in the writ petition have now culminated into final orders, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate authority. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
