(Oral) Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the completion of the project floated by the petitioners was delayed due to financial difficulty and COVID-19 Pandemic. The project is 90% complete. The private respondents had preferred a complaint before the RERA and the RERA had directed the refund of the money deposited by them. The execution is pending before the Adjudicating Officer.
