With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's application No.2025/0123/18/013840 dated 15.07.2025 to survey and demark the petitioner's land with stone for fencing his property in Survey No.106/15 to the extent of 3488 sq.ft situated at Chinnaparur, Thottikuppam, Vriddachalam, Cuddalore District within the time frame fixed by this Court. . 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner purchased the aforesaid property on 19.01.2023 in the name of her son as a guardian and is in continous possession of the same till date. The petitioner also obtained patta in her name. The petitioner made an online 2/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.32991 of 2025 application to the 1st respondent on 15.07.2023 to survey his property and mark the boundaries. He has also paid necessary fees along with the said application. However, the petitioner's representation was not considered by the 1st respondent till date, thus the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the 1st respondent would consider the petitioner's application and carry out a survey and fix boundary stones at the subject property within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 15.07.2025, carry out a survey, demarcate the property and thereafter fix boundary stones at the subject property, within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving prior notice and 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.32991 of 2025 reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and other interested parties, including rival claimants, if any. The respondents are at liberty to seek police protection, if need arises. No costs. 6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 7.
