Today, when the case was taken up, Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has pointed out that the instant matter relates to Dhoomanganj area of District Prayagraj which falls within the municipal limit of District Prayagraj and for making construction, petitioner has to get the map sanctioned from Prayagraj Development Authority. 3. The prayer made in the writ petition is that a direction be issued to the respondents not to interfere in the construction having been raised over the plot in dispute. 4. Petitioner has not come up with a case that he has got the map sanctioned from Prayagraj Development Authority before initiating any construction of house. 5. No case for interference is made out. 6.
