Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the A.G.A. for the State. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari and quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 20.08.2025 of Case Crime No. 0228 of 2025 under sections - 108 and 123 B.N.S., 2023 Police Station Husaingan, District Fatehpur. ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to the F.I.R. dated 20.08.2025 of Case Crime No. 0228 of 2025 under sections - 108 and 123 B.N.S., 2023 Police Station Husaingan, District Fatehpur." The recital in the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
