12 /07.04.2025: The petitioners were appointed pursuant to an advertisement published by the Palamau Collectorate.
2. Now the Hon’ble Supreme Court has cancelled the entire advertisement i.e. Advertisement No. 01/2010 itself. Consequent whereupon the entire appointment has been scrapped. Since the entire advertisement has been set-aside, the very appointment of the petitioners has now been set-aside.
3. In this case the petitioners have challenged the order wherein they were dismissed from service on the ground of some allegation. Since the appointment of the petitioners has been declared to be bad, no order can be passed in favour of the petitioners in this writ petition, even if their dismissal on the ground of allegation is set aside.
4. This writ petition is dismissed.
5. It will be open to the petitioners to approach this Court on fresh cause of action, if any.
