The present application has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No.- 1209 of 2016 (State Vs. Satish Singh and another) arising out of Case Crime No.- 12 of 2016 under Sections 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S.- Konch, District- Jalaun pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Konch, Jalaun. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant confines his argument that a direction be issued to learned court concerned for deciding his bail application as expeditiously as possible. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the above submission. 5. In view of above, if the applicant surrenders before court concerned within four weeks from today and applies for grant of bail, the same shall be considered and decided by learned court concerned in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
