Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. S. Chamaria, learned counsel for all the respondents. 2. The petitioners are the appellants in WA 309/2024, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by an order dated 17.02.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his mother was suffereing from recurrent carcinoma, ovary and in the meanwhile on 07.05.2025, she had expired. Because of her ailment, he could not appear before the Court when the matter was called on 17.02.2025. 4. Although, the learned counsel for the respondents has objected to the prayer made, but considering the nature of explanation tendered, the same is accepted as good and sufficient reason for the petitioners to remain unrepresented when the matter was called on 17.02.2025. 5. Accordingly, the said order dated 17.02.2025 passed in WA 309/2024 stands recalled and the connected WA 309/2024 is restored to file. Page No.# 3/3 6.
