The comments from the learned District Judge, Bilaspur have been received in compliance to order dated
4.8.2025. I am satisfied from the explanation rendered by the learned District Judge, Bilaspur that the omission in not complying with the interim order passed by this Court had not been intentional and on account conduct of bonafide belief.
2. Even otherwise, learned counsel for the petitioners, has made a prayer for withdrawal of the petition, having been rendered infructuous on account of subsequent developments. The prayer is allowed.
