Mr. P. Saikia, learned counsel for the State has submitted that the Additional District Magistrate shall take necessary action pursuant to the order dated 21.03.2024 within a period of 10(ten) days from today. In view of the assurance given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent State, this writ petition is disposed of with the expectation that the respondent No.2 shall take appropriate steps in accordance with law within a period of 10(ten) days from today.
