The notices sent to Petitioner nos.1 to 14, 16 to 21, 23 to 41, 43, 44, 46 to 53, 55 & 56 were returned with an endorsement ‘No such person in the address’, in so far as petitioner no.15 is concerned, it was returned with endorsement ‘Addressee continuously absent for seven days’ and for the remaining petitioners, acknowledgement was not yet returned. 2. The matter is of the year 2005, the petitioners did not choose to enter their appearance and today also there is no representation for them, which shows that they are not interested in prosecuting the matter. 3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. . If at all the petitioners feels that cause in this writ petition survives, they can move an appropriate application.
