Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is in jail since 10.10.2017 and as such he be released on bail. He has further submitted that in the instant case the entire evidence has been recorded even the statement of accused person has also been recorded and the trial is at the hearing stage. 3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances when the trial is at the fag end, there is no reason to grant bail to the applicant. 4. The present second bail application is, accordingly, rejected.
