SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate order or directions, calling for the record of the case and perusal of the same:- (I) Issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to directing the respondents to consider the claim the petitioner for compassionate appointment as well as for monetary benefits, keeping in view the fact that the there is no income source in the family of the petitioner and his claim is genuine and covered under the policy and the judgment passed by the Hon'ble High Court (Annexure P-7), in the interest of justice. (ii) Further a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner's elder son on the post of compassionate appointment being an eligible and in dire need of the same. Perusal of the pleadings shows that legal notice dated 25.07.2025 (Annexure P-6) is stated to have been pending adjudication on the part of respondent No.2. Notice of motion. On the asking of Court, Mr. Sushil Bhardwaj, Addl. AG. Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State, accepts notice on behalf of respondent/State and assures the Court that said legal notice dated 25.07.2025 (Annexure P-6) will be considered and decided by passing a speaking order within a period of six weeks from today and said speaking order will be supplied to the petitioner within one week thereafter. In the light of above, the petition stands disposed off.
