This is an Application filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking extension of time to deposit the costs awarded in terms of order dated 03.02.2025 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. 2. A Coordinate Bench of this Court had directed by order dated 03.02.2025 that costs in the sum of Rs.30,000/- to be paid to the Respondent by the Petitioner within a period of four weeks. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner/Applicant submits that although there was a delay in arranging the costs due to financial constraints, presently the Petitioner/Applicant is willing to pay the costs.
