Monish Anand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Secretariat: Health Department has issued an order dated 5th May, 2025 by which the Government has been pleased to cancel the impugned transfer order in respect of the petitioner and also allowing the petitioner to remain posted at her original place of posting. The learned counsel submitted that as the petitioner has already got the relief sought for in the present writ petition, a prayer has been made for closing this writ petition as infructuous. Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondents endorsed the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present writ petition is hereby closed as infructuous.
