1. Prayer in the instant civil writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 19.01.2024 (Annexure P-3), passed by Divisional Canal Officer, Rajasthan Canal Division, Ferozepur and order dated 09.07.2024 (Annexure P-4), passed by Superintendent Canal Officer, Ferozepur Canal Circle, Ferozepur.
2. On 15.10.2024, following order was passed :-
“
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an accommodation to place on record the Revenue Record (Jamabandi) for the year 2016-17, on the basis of which the sale deed dated 13.07.2021 (Annexure P-1) was executed. He also seeks permission to place on record a copy of notification issued by the Local Government, whereby the municipal limits of Abohar were extended to include the land in question and/or any other documents in support of his claim. 3. Thereafter, the matter has been adjourned on three occasions, however, order dated 15.10.2024 has not been complied with.
4. Today, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh one after attaching requisite documents.
