This case is registered for alleged offences under Sections 294(b) of IPC and Section 7(i)(a) of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 2005. The incident occurred on 05.03.2021. The allegation in this case is that while standing in public the accused was abusing everyone and also causing nuisance.
