This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the the respondent No.-3 to decide the case No. 1100 of 2025 computerized case No.-D202512130001100 (Pooran Singh Vs. Rambhag Singh Yadav and others) filed under section 128 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before the court of Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), District-Bareilly within stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court may be fixed." 2. It is contended that the proceedings under Section 128 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration, which are registered as Case No.1100 of 2025, Computerized Case No.-D202512130001100 (Pooran Singh Vs. Rambhag Singh Yadav and others) before respondent no.3- Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), District- Bareilly. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said case. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondents, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.3- Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), District- Bareilly to decide the Case No.1100 of 2025, Computerized Case No.- D202512130001100 (Pooran Singh Vs. Rambhag Singh Yadav and others) filed under Section 128 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Neelkanth Sayal, Nilay Patel, R. B. Singh Parmar Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Pooran Singh .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 7 Others .....Respondent(s) within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
