This petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.238 dated 23.11.2023 registered under Sections 302, 307, 332, 333, 353, 186, 148, 149 and 120-B IPC and Sections 25, 27, 54 and 59 of Arms Act at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi District Kapurthala. 2. Vide order dated 16.01.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 16.01.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
