2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amadabad P.S. Case No. 21/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 140(3), 109 of B.N.S. and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of having fired and injured the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail and he is in custody since 25.06.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71070 of 2025(4) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 for regular bail of the petitioner on the ground that he fired and injured the victim
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
