The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 07 of 2024, S.T. Case No.73 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 376(2)(n), 417, 313, 323, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Mr. Mithilesh Kr. Singh, learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-VI, Ranchi. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the victim, who is a major lady. Later petitioner refused to marry her. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for more than two years. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Mr. Mithilesh Kr. Singh, learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-VI, Ranchi, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 07 of 2024, S.T. Case No.73 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
