Heard the counsel for the petitioner, the A.G.A. representing respondent nos. 1 to 4 and Sri Shahnawaz Akhtar, the counsel for the complainant. The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 19.07.2025 passed by the Respondent NO. 3 and further this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 3 to conduct the investigation of the Case Crime No. 50 of 2025 and Case Crime No. 51 of 2025 under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333,109, 115(2), 352, 351(2) B.N.S. at Police Station Kuwargav, District Budaun from the crime branch Bareilly and conclude the same as early as possible to the meet and end of justice so that justice may be done. B) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent to decide the respondent/applicant of the petitioner which is pending in respect of transfer of the investigation to meet the end of justice so that justice may be done. " The recital in the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
