The instant writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the court concerned, i.e., Small Cause Court, Bareilly to decide and conclude the S.C.C. Suit No.5/2025 (Intekhab Alam vs. Mohd. Fareed Ali), expeditiously, preferably within a short and stipulated period. 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that Small Cause Suit No.5/2025 is pending before the court concerned since January, 2025. He further placed the copy of the order sheet which has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the writ petition, in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction to Small Cause Court, Bareilly to decide the aforesaid S.C.C.
