Through this petition the petitioners seek issuance direction to respondent No.3 to expeditiously decide 21.07.2020, to challenge therein passed by the Collector aforesaid appeal is decided, the respondents be restrained from dispossessing the petitioners from the land in question. 2. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that he has instructions to state that finally decided by respondent No.3 within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order petitioners’ prayer for expeditious disposal of their appeal is taken care of. 3. So far as the prayer of the petitioners for not dispossessing them from the land in question till the concerned, while disposing No.10126-2020 24143 of 2025 (O&M) Sr. No.126

Through this petition the petitioners seek issuance direction to respondent No.3 to expeditiously decide , to challenge therein the ex-parte order dated 21.12.2018 the Collector, Jalandhar, with a further prayer that till their aforesaid appeal is decided, the respondents be restrained from dispossessing the petitioners from the land in question. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that he has instructions to state that the petitioners’ afore referred appeal shall be finally decided by respondent No.3 within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by respondent No.3. petitioners’ prayer for expeditious disposal of their appeal is taken care of.
