This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the learned Tehsildar Tehsil Shahganj District Jaunpur to decide the Case No. 2630 of 2022 (Computer Case No. T202214360102630), U/S 67 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 Gram Sabha Vs. Pankaj Kumar pending in the court of Tehsildar Tehsil Shahganj District Jaunpur since 2022 expeditiously if possible within a period of three month." 2. It is contended that case registered as Case No.2630 of 2022 (Computer Case No. T202214360102630) filed under section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 is pending consideration before respondent no.2- Tehsildar Tehsil Shahganj District Jaunpur. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is to expedite the aforesaid case. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondent, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.2- Tehsildar Tehsil Shahganj District Jaunpur to decide Case No.2630 of 2022 (Computer Case No. T202214360102630) filed under section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
