The brief facts of the case as follows;- The Petitioner traces her ownership in the schedule property pursuant to the family partition vide Partition Deed bearing document No.405/1950. 3. Heard Sri V.V. Satish, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri A.S.C. Bose, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.3- GVMC. The learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.3- Corporation submitted a copy of written instructions issued by the Executive Engineer, Project Division-I, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation, wherein it was mentioned that the proposed construction of 1000 KL Elevated Level Service Reservoir (ELSR) is being undertaken under the AMRUT 2.0 scheme, a centrally sponsored initiative aimed at enhancing urban water supply infrastructure to supply drinking water to about 16,000 population around Narava area in Zone-6 of GVMC. Further, it was mentioned that the identified project site falls within Survey Nos.340 and 339 of Narava Revenue Village, which is classified as Government land as per revenue records. In view of the instructions, it is clear and apparent that no construction is being carried out in the land of the Petitioner referred above. 4. f 2 5. Therefore, placing on record the written instructions submitted by the Standing Counsel for Respondent No.3-Corporation, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to re-agitate her case in the event the schedule property is interfered with in future.
