Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record. Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the A.G.A. representing the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 23.08.2025 lodged by respondent No.3 as Case Crime No.401 of 2025, under Sections 109,352,3(5) Β.Ν.S. and Under Sections 3,25,27 Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Kila, District Bareilly (Annexure '1' to the writ petition). (b) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the Petitioner in Case Crime No. 401 of 2025, under Sections 109, 352,3(5) Β.N.S. and under Sections 3,25,27 Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Kila, District Bareilly (Annexure No.1 to this writ petition)." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
