HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - B No. - 3683 of 2025 Court No. - 49 HON'BLE J.J. MUNIR, J. Learned Counsel for the petitioner assailed the impugned order dated 30.07.2025 saying that his caveat was ignored and the order passed. The said fact is seriously disputed. Be that as it may, the impugned order is an interim order admitting the Revision for hearing, passing an ad interim order staying the operation of the order dated 24.07.2025 passed by the Sub Division Officer. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order for the sole reason that it is absolutely an ad interim order in aid of hearing the Revision. At the same time, we should not be taken to have approved the order on merits. In the totality of the circumstances, we direct the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj to proceed with hearing of the revision fixing two dates of effective hearing every week and decide it expeditiously. This petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid orders. Let this order be communicated to the Registrar, Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj by the Registrar (Compliance) within 48 hours.
