JUSTICE SOURENDRA PANDEY ORAL ORDER 2 31-10-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. This is an application seeking modification in the order dated 12.08.2025 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 52497 of 2025 in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025, whereby the present petitioner, namely, Harendra Kumar, was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail along with another. 3. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in the anticipatory bail application, referred to above, in paragraph No. 3, it was inadvertently mentioned that the present petitioner has no criminal antecedent, whereas, in fact, he has one criminal antecedent against him, namely, Fatehpur P.S. Case Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72236 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 No. 392 of 2023. 4. However, after some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail application. 5.
