The case of the prosecution is that the minor girl was impregnated by A1 and in order to bury the foetus, the petitioner along with accused 1 and 2 was arrested. A2, quack doctor running a clinic under the name and style of Shiva Clinic, which was assisted by his staff, namely A4, A5 and A6. It is alleged that the staff, along with others, buried the foetus, which was about eight months old, near a burial ground. 3.
