(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for issuance of directions to the Magistrate for sending the criminal complaint dated 31.01.2024 bearing No. CRM/428/2024 titled as “Dr. Pankaj Trivedi versus State of Punjab and others” which is stated to be fixed for 01.09.2025 to the Station House Officer, Police Station Navi Baradari, Jalandhar for registration of FIR and for conducting investigation in accordance with law. After arguing the matter at some length, Counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the instant writ petition so as to take all his remedies before the Illaqa Magistrate.
