2. In view of fair submission of learned counsel for the opposite parties, it appears that substantial compliance has been made and as such no contempt is made out against the opposite parties. The same is hereby dropped.
3. Resultantly, the instant contempt petition stands disposed of.
4. Petitioner is at liberty to move afresh if any grievance is still to be redressed.
