Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is senior citizen and suffering from health ailments, he having undergone brain surgery in the month of December, 2023, besides the heart condition, which is working 30% less than normal. He states that since petitioner was working as Draftsman in PWD, Department, posted at Patiala, no one is had been given in the complaint, which in the order dated 14.09.2023 is shown to be locked.
