The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barharwa P.S. Case No. 117 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 127(2)/87/64/303(2)/3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023, pending in the Court of Shri Ranjay Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rajmahal. The victim and petitioner were having affairs prior to the marriage of the victim. It is alleged that after marriage when the victim came to her parental house, petitioner had cast evil spell on her due to which the victim started thinking about the petitioner. It is further alleged that the petitioner also established physical relationship with her. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Ranjay Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rajmahal or his successor, in connection with Barharwa P.S.
