On 25.03.2019, following order was passed:- “Previous orders reveal that three adjournments have already been taken. Today fourth adjournment is being sought on the premise that Mr. R.D.Yadav, Advocate representing the appellant is stated to be in personal difficulty. In the interest of justice, hearing of appeal is deferred to 26.07.2019 subject to the condition that appellant or her counsel shall plant twenty five Neem saplings in the area from where the appeal has arisen by purchasing it from the concerned Forest Department or private Nursery and submit the compliance report by way of affidavit before the date fixed. Adjourned to 26.07.2019.” Thereafter also, the situation has remained the same. Despite the fact that the matter stands adjourned 07 times, again there is a request for accommodation. Though, there is no cogent reason to adjourn the matter, yet in the interest of justice, one last opportunity is granted to argue the matter, subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- as cost to be deposited with Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association Lawyer's Family Welfare Fund.
