The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of order dated 01.05.2025 passed by this Court in Writ C No. 10426 of 2025. 3. I have perused order of Writ Court dated 01.05.2025 and Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. As per Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, Assistant Collector/Tehsildar is the authority to act upon, therefore, present application is dismissed with liberty to approach Assistant Collector/Tehsildar in terms of order of Writ Court dated 01.05.2025. 5. In case order of Writ Court is not complied with within the time given by the Writ Court vide order dated 01.05.2025, applicant is at liberty to file fresh contempt application.
