Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Petitioner seeks enforcement of decision rendered in Chaman Singh vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation and Anr.1. On being put to notice, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office communication dated 24.04.2025 and on that basis submits that services of the petitioner have been regularized from retrospective date on completion of one year of contractual service and accordingly his pay has also been re-fixed under office order dated 24.04.2025, appended along with office communication dated 24.04.2025. 1CWP No.347 of 2024 decided on 22.05.2024. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that all endeavor shall be made by respondents to make payment of financial benefits due to the petitioner under the aforesaid order. Let the needful be done within six months. 3. Taking note of above, this execution petition is disposed of. Petitioner is, however, at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for redressal of his surviving grievances, at an appropriate stage in case necessity so arises.
