By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner made a representation dated 24.03.2025 before the respondents 2 & 3, for issuance of patta, the same has not been considered by the respondents 2 & 3, so far. Hence, he prayed to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025. 4.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 24.03.2025 is forwarded to the 2 nd respondent and they are in the process of passing orders and hence, he seeks two weeks time to dispose of the same. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

WP No. 33183 of 2025 6.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 2 nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.03.2025 and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. 7.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the 2 nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.03.2025 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the 2 nd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
