5. Learned counsel for the parties unanimously contended that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner on
07.10.2024.
6. Since, the charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner, therefore, the present writ petition has rendered infructuous and there is no useful purpose remains to keep this writ petition pending.
7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would challenge the said charge-sheet before this Court in appropriate proceeding.

8. In view of the above, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet before this Court in appropriate proceedings.
9. Amendment Application (IA/5/2025) also stands disposed of accordingly.
